You look at a CEO with 10,000 employees, millions in revenue, hundreds of thousands of followers… and you think, ‘Wow, they’re so much more important than me.’ No. They’re just visible on a bigger stage. Numbers don’t define worth.
A teacher with 30 kids in a classroom might never trend on LinkedIn, but every day, they’re shaping the future in ways a CEO never will. The owner of a small shop might serve 50 customers a week, and those 50 walk away feeling seen, valued, and cared for.
Don’t confuse visibility with value. Your platform might be smaller, but your influence can run deeper. Own it.
We can’t all be CEOs, but even as we’re preparing to step into bigger roles, we can still be great where we are. Visibility is not value. The size of your stage doesn’t determine the size of your greatness.
So stop comparing. Show up in your lane like it’s the main stage, because for the people you touch, for the lives you influence, for the hearts you lift and the futures you shape… you are already the headliner.
