Founder Bio – Dr. Doris Change
Dr. Doris Change is a certified John Maxwell Team (JMT) leadership coach, speaker, researcher, and governance expert with over 15 years of experience in leadership, organizational change, and people development.
She holds a PhD in Strategic Leadership and Organizational Change and is the author of Thank God It’s Monday Again — a practical guide to transforming workplace culture through authentic leadership.Dr. Change brings a rare blend of academic rigor, executive insight, and deep emotional intelligence to her work. Having personally overcome toxic work environments and imposter syndrome, she now equips leaders across Africa and beyond to lead with clarity, compassion, and conviction.
